- Data Collection and Use
We collect and use personal data, including your full name, email address, and phone number, solely for the course registration process. - Payment Terms
Full payment is required in advance before the course start date. Payments can be made by Bank Transfer to the following account:

Refunds are available under the following conditions:- Cancellation requests must be received in writing via email at least 2 weeks before the course start date. If the cancellation is not received within this timeframe, a refund will not be issued.
- You may transfer your enrollment to another person by notifying DA Academy before the course begins.
- Note that charges will apply for ‘no-shows’.
- Course Cancellation and Postponement
DA Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course if the number of participants is below the minimum requirement or when necessary without prior notice. - Course Access and Usage
You will receive access to the course materials for 10 weeks. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. - Intellectual Property
All course materials are owned by DA Academy. Redistribution or sharing of these materials without permission is strictly prohibited. - Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
DA Academy does not guarantee the accuracy of the course content. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. - Termination of Access
We may terminate your access to the course if you breach these terms or fail to make the required payment. Termination will result in the loss of access to course materials. - Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email.
