CTO and Director
Julian has spent 30 years mastering marketing database specialisation, crafting innovative solutions in data, database design, and analytics. With a background in computing and mathematics from the University of Technology Sydney, he has made significant contributions at Multinet, Clemenger Proximity, and Acxiom, earning a reputation as Digital Alchemy's quiet achiever with exceptional skills.


Head of Commercial and Finance
Julie-Anne joined Digital Alchemy in 2006 in its Analytics team, and over the years has rotated through and led each of the Analytics, Client Services, Commercial, Operations, and Finance divisions. She currently retains carriage and is accountable for Finance, Commercial, Business Planning, and Operations across the Digital Alchemy group, and spearheads all strategic initiatives including M&A structuring, due diligence, and negotiations. She holds degrees in Actuarial Studies and Mathematics from UNSW.


Head of Legal
Aviva holds a dual degree in law and commerce from UNSW and started her career in intellectual property litigation at Freehills (now Herbert Smith Freehills). She later moved to in-house legal work for a major Australian telecom provider and joined Digital Alchemy in 2011 as the company's first lawyer, playing a key role in its expansion across five continents.

Farooq has specialized in marketing automation and operations since 2009, connecting strategy with execution for marketing communications. Experienced in leading global teams, he develops scalable operational frameworks for businesses of all sizes. Farooq excels at solving core business problems by designing and implementing the right operating models and processes to drive business impact.


Head of Data
Jaypee's 12 years of experience are rooted across multiple industry verticals. He has been weaving end-to-end MarTech solutions for over 20 businesses, with a laser-sharp focus on making data, digital channels, marketing automation, reporting, and omnichannel integrations work together seamlessly across paid and owned platforms.


Head of Finance
Vivian holds a dual degree in Actuarial Studies and Commerce from UNSW and commenced her career as an accountant. She joined Digital Alchemy in 2006 within the Analytics team and has since progressed through key leadership roles across the Analytics, Operations, Commercial, and Finance divisions. Vivian is both CPA and AIA.

With over 15 years of experience in marketing technology and customer experience, Fatimah specializes in optimising client data and MarTech infrastructure to create hyper-personalized campaigns and improve marketing strategies. She leads diverse teams and manages key client relationships in her role.

May leads Business Development at Digital Alchemy Thailand, with 15 years of experience in Marketing Strategy and Analytics, and a background in Travel & Hospitality. His career shift to a global SaaS company allowed him to consult with luxury hotels across Thailand, and he enjoys long road trips in his free time.
