Julie-Anne joined Digital Alchemy in 2006 in its Analytics team, and over the years has rotated through and led each of the Analytics, Client Services, Commercial, Operations, and Finance divisions. She currently retains carriage and is accountable for Finance, Commercial, Business Planning, and Operations across the Digital Alchemy group, and spearheads all strategic initiatives including M&A structuring, due diligence, and negotiations. She holds degrees in Actuarial Studies and Mathematics from UNSW.

Aviva holds a dual degree in law and commerce from UNSW and started her career in intellectual property litigation at Freehills (now Herbert Smith Freehills).
