A whole new ball game - Hit bigger Goals with Unified Data

“You miss 100 percent of the shots you don’t take”

– Wayne Gretsky

Learn how sports governing bodies turn fan data into meaningful actions that drive engagement, attendance and revenue.

Every interaction a fan has with a club, team, or league, builds a trail of valuable data. Raw data alone doesn’t create loyal fans or fill stadiums – but the right strategy and technology transforms all data sources into personalised experiences to keep fans engaged, boost revenue and elevate the club’s impact.

Without the right tools to unify, analyse and act on fan data, are you missing out on deeper connections that set lasting loyalty in motion?

Digital Alchemy and Twilio Segment are excited to take the stage with Hannah Lidster, Director of Club Services from the Australian Professional League, to share real life case studies and show you how to build smarter, data driven campaigns that unite fan engagement with powerful business outcomes. We’ll explore:

  • Problems solved and value realised from data centralisation
  • How multiple data sources are integrated to revolutionise personalisation whilst providing analytics across all member clubs
  • Security, privacy and compliance first: By ensuring fan data is ‘zoned’ across departments, brands or clubs – enables governing bodies to manage sensitive data whilst providing teams with exclusive access to their own fans
  • The benefits from centralised technology and an economy of scale by ensuring data is utilised across all departments, brands or clubs
