AI and generative algorithms offer incredible opportunities for hyperpersonalisation, but the real magic happens when we introduce human fallibility into the mix. As we step further into this new era of marketing, the question isn't whether we should embrace AI — it’s how we can ensure our strategies remain vibrant, diverse, and most importantly, human. Because in the end, will it be the machine or the human touch that truly drives connection?
