Truthfully, the last 12 months have been difficult, and I think the next months will be equally difficult, possibly more difficult. The Chinese word for CRISIS has a hidden meaning. In Chinese the word for CRISIS is made up of Danger and Opportunity. The message from the ancient Chinese is that in times of Crisis beware of the danger and look for the opportunity. Now is not the time to be frivolous but it is a time to look for opportunity. The time has passed when we can spend our way to success. Today we need to be smarter, we need to be more tenacious and we need to have heart.

I'm an F1 fan because I love the competition, I love the passion and I love the way they fight to overcome adversity to stay in the game. I recently wrote a piece drawing parallels between F1 racing and marketing automation. The world of F1 is not just about cars racing in circles; it's about the intricate dynamics and strategies that drive success. Similarly, marketing automation is not just about the tools we use but how we leverage them.
