The kinds of Personal Information held by Digital Alchemy on behalf of its clients will be determined by the Privacy Policy of the client.

How Personal Information is collected

Personal Information that is held on behalf of client organizations is provided to Digital Alchemy by our client, on behalf of our clients or directly by individuals. Usually, our clients will have collected the personal information directly from you, however, for more information you should consult the Privacy Policy of the relevant client.

How Personal Information is held

Personal information is held in secure servers at an accredited data centre. Data at rest is encrypted where practical to do so. Systems are protected by an industry standard firewall and Digital Alchemy has strict procedures regarding who can access any network equipment or systems.

All data is encrypted where possible. Any authorised data transfers or access  is through approved methods via a secure encrypted channel.

Purposes for which personal information is collected, held, used and disclosed

Personal information is only collected, held, used and disclosed in accordance with instructions by client organizations. Digital Alchemy will not use the Personal Information is holds on behalf of its clients for any purpose other than to provide services that the client has asked Digital Alchemy to perform.

How to access and rectify personal information

If you would like to access or rectify your personal information that Digital Alchemy holds on behalf of a client, you should make a request to the client organization directly in the manner set out in their privacy policy.

Complaint process if you believe Digital Alchemy has interfered with your privacy

If you would like to make a complaint regarding interference with your privacy, at the first instance, you should contact the client organization directly in the manner set out in their privacy policy. If the response provided in this manner is unsatisfactory, you can contact Digital Alchemy’s Privacy Officer by emailing privacy@digitalalchemy.com.au and we shall endevour to contact you within 14 days.

Overseas disclosure

If the client organization has provided its consent, your Personal Information may be disclosed to recipients in China, Hong Kong, Thailand, United States or Singapore. The recipients of your personal information are required to protect your Personal Information in a manner that is the same as, or similar to, the protections afforded under Australian law.
